I had a AWESOME first time buying a car experience at this dealership!! It took a couple of days to get my stuff together but the Salesman by the name of Jon he was so patient, honest, and understanding. He answered all the questions I had and everything!!! This is a valid review of this low end dealership, drove hours upon hours to see a Lexus, got there car was beat up and misfired real bad. Decided to call Lexus headquarters provide vin, just to find out the car was just traded in 2,000 miles ago because they couldn't pin point the misfire issue. Lexus then took the car to auction where auto liberty bought the car and is selling it , without disclosing the issues, if anyone would like I have a copy of the service report from Lexus of Alexandria where the car was , stay away. Not to mention they put 6 hard inquiries on my credit , smh

I will never ever ever patronize this dealership again!! The salesman are as shady as the finance manager. They put a phony finance company on my paper work and had me believe I was financed only to find out when it came time to make my payment that the finance company had no record of me. I was receiving rejection letters the entire first 30 days I was in the car. Assumed it was coming from the other dealerships I visited, all along it was the finance manager still trying to close a deal while I was driving a car that was not mine. They never answer the phone when you call and when you go there, there is always a sign on the door saying "will return a xx:xx time"....I advise anyone considering this dealership to GO ACROSS THE STREET to any one of the others!
