I randomly picked this auto shop to help with FOUR separate dents/issues with my car. I was pretty flustered when I arrived because of all my car's issues, but Adrian was SO helpful and accomodating in every way. The help desk was also very nice and ALWAYS answered when I called, and Adrian was always available and helpful when I had a predicament (getting my rental car/finding my insurance claim). He even buffed a scratch off my rental car for me before I returned it just to be nice! My car also looks flawless now and I'm so happy and grateful they made it so easy to get so many things fixed. I'll definitely be back.
C&G gave me a good estimate and completed the repair within the estimate. Everyone I dealt with there is friendly, courteous, and professional. To my surprise they even provided me with the rental car while they did the repair. They are the place I will go to anytime I need a body work on my vehicle. They are the best I have ever dealt with. I'm from out of town and needed a few things fixed on my car. These guys have phenomenal customer service and expertise. Finding a reliable automotive shop is always intimidating and can be a disappointment if needs or expectations are not met. These guys exceeded mine. The staff is professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. I was taken care within a few minutes of arriving. Omar was personable and patient with me when trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I didn't feel rushed the service was fast. It also seemed like the other customers felt the same satisfaction. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. TV, magazines, hot coffee, water, snacks, comfy chairs. The bill was fairly priced.
I just got my car back from C&G auto and it looks brand new, even the inside is detailed and looks spotless. They did exceptional work on my front bumper / tire. Adrian was very nice & professional, he was a pleasure to work with. Every time I would call you check on my car the women at the front desk would be so polite and patient with me, they always gave me real time updates on what was going on with my car. I truly would recommend this auto shop to all my friends and family. Anytime I need work on my car, C&G auto is my place!

In an age when people can be dubious, duplicitous and callous, it is refreshing to interact with professionals who take me, my car and their craft seriously (there is no shoddy service here) while radiating genuine warmth. These folks are phenomenal and I hope that you will give them a try; their location is convenient to everything, including two metro stations if you are so inclined.
