I had to check in to the ER one evening, and this emergency room took me in promptly, and every single person I interacted with treated me with the utmost respect and care. I have never had a bad experience with a hospital or doctor office, but this establishment clearly had people who cared and were considerate to their patients. I can't overstate enough how kind and professional every nurse and doctor was. I would feel confident coming back here again, and am glad there is such an effective and professional ER in my neighborhood.
