This is absolutely the worst parking establishment ever. I am unfortunately forced to use them due to living in a building at one of their locations. There are constantly problems with my key card not working, errors on their end which they always blame on the customer, and every employee aside from one lady I have dealt with is extremely rude. I have never experienced such terrible and blatantly disrespectful customer service from numerous employees in my life. If it were one problem or one employee I would let it slide, but this has been months of problems with almost every person I have had the misfortune of dealing with. When I ask to speak to a manager, conveniently no one is ever available. I despise this company and if I ever travel to other parts of the DC area I refuse to park with them until someone higher up in this company gets it together.
