The staff doesn't even acknowledge you. If you look like you're lower class they won't even bother to look your way. I didn't get a hello, how are you. None of that. I work in retail and my number one job is to deliver excellent customer service and give my customers the ultimate experience. Something that Ann Taylor employees don't provide. I will never shop at this store again.
Not a bad store. Clean and the manager Laura was nice.
