Through that time I was unsure about when I would be able to reschedule. However, I was eventually contacted by Silvia, and after explaining the situation she told me that she was more than willing to honor the 6 treatment sessions even though my Groupon voucher would have expired because of the 5 week wait between each session.
I had a series of laser hair removal treatments at Silvia's and I would give 6 stars if I could. Her treatments were minimally painful and highly effective. Her practice is clean and comfortable and she is extremely friendly and understanding even when I had to reschedule.

Admittedly, I was a little freaked out about not being able to contact anyone at first, but after speaking with Silvia I was reassured about her fair and honest business practices ,and I now look forward to completing my treatment at her establishment.
I found Silvia's on Groupon and was excited to book my first laser hair removal appointment out of six. After my first session, which went well, I scheduled the next appointment for 5 weeks later, as that is the recommended waiting time between laser sessions. After several weeks of waiting, two days prior to my second appoint, I received a call from Silvia's associate who told me that Silvia needed to cancel the upcoming appointment due to an family emergency.
I have been to a few other laser hair treatment places and Silvia is definitely the best. I cannot recommend her enough!
This is an excellent spa with the best mani-pedi ever. The spa is very relaxing and the owners, Silvia and Carlos are just very professional and caring. They both do the best they can to make you feel satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place!
