Yellow line provides an alternate route out of DC to this station and avoid bottleneck at Rosslyn station.
The station manager is so rude! Never ask her for help! She will snap at you rather than help you! You are better off asking a stranger to help you. Which is exactly what this distraught young lady did when she was unable to load her smartrip. The station manager not only would not let her enter the gate, but she was so rude that the girl started crying! I couldn't help myself I had to ask her if she was okay. She said that she lived far away and she was stranded. Poor woman. Metro should be ashamed.
Good location of the station and has blue and yellow line servicing this station.
Great location if you take the Marriott entrance short cut, but if you have sensitive ears avoid the yellow line going inbound to D.C. bed a your ears will pop as if you are in high sky Air
